We provide general home maintenance, mounting and assembly, painting, HVAC service and replacement, plumbing fixture repairs, electrical work, and other common home repair needs. If it’s a practical repair or installation inside the home, it’s likely something we handle.
Yes. Many calls are for small jobs like TV mounting, furniture assembly, fixture replacement, or minor repairs. Smaller jobs are welcome and often scheduled efficiently alongside other work.
Yes. We work with homeowners, Property Management Companies, Real Estate Agents, and landlords. Clear communication, access coordination, and consistent follow-through are prioritized on managed properties.
No, we do not provide free on-site estimates. We value our time and expertise, and traveling to a property for diagnostics or evaluation is a billable service.
That said, if the project is small or can be completed during a scheduled visit, we are happy to include an estimate at no additional charge while we are already on site. We also offer off-site estimates when sufficient photos, videos, and clear details are provided.
If an on-site visit is required strictly for diagnostics or evaluation, a minimum service charge of $79 applies. Second looks or estimate reviews based on an existing written estimate from another provider can often be done without an on-site charge, provided documentation is supplied.
Emergency services apply when there is an immediate risk to health, safety, or property. This includes situations such as no heat or no cooling, no water or no hot water, active leaks, loss of power, electrical failures, or plumbing issues that could cause damage if not addressed quickly. If a system is down or something is actively leaking or unsafe, it is considered an emergency.
Emergency service is limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. Emergency labor is billed at $150 per hour at time and a half, plus materials, with a $250 emergency trip charge. Availability varies, so calling or texting directly is required for emergency service.
